Trailhead Information
The Cemetery's main entrance is off of 34th Avenue in Moline. From I-74 Exit 4, go east on IL-5; turn left on 41st Street, then right on 34th Avenue. The entrance will be on your left. Parked cars are allowed on the shoulders of the paths.

Click here to launch the application and enter the last name for which you are searching. This application will only find patrons interred in Moline Memorial Park Cemetery. A similar project will be initiated at Riverside Cemetery in the future.
